Lease Renewal
I am including with this memo the renewal rate for your lease. If you have any questions please get in touch with me to discuss. As said before, unless someone wants to go from a long-term lease to a short-term lease, the increase isn’t as substantial.
One change to the effective date is that the new increase will begin on July 11th instead of July 4th.
Insurance
In conjunction with renewing your lease please provide a copy of your current copy of your insurance policy. If you signed your lease within the last twelve months it is not necessary. If your insurance policy has expired you need to get a new policy in place. Most professionals use insurebodywork.com which is around $96 for the year. If anyone needs any help with this please get with me.
Upcoming Upgrade To The Building
Our next planned upgrade to the building will be in the bathrooms to update the sinks, vanity and artwork.
