Greetings Everyone,
For those who were here during the COVID shutdown, the rent that was deferred due to COVID for the period of 3/30/2020 through 5/10/2020 has all been forgiven.
Also, any rent that was paid for the time period between 3/30/2020 through 5/10/2020 will be credited back. For those who this is applicable, I will get with you.
I apologize that it has taken this long to address this, but I have kept working and waiting to see if we could get the period of rent forgiven for everyone. I am happy to say that today I can make that call. After I get the accounting caught up for that period, I will let those who were here during that time period know the status of their account. If there was rent that was deferred before or after the time period above that rent will be spread out over 260 weeks or five years.
I want to express much appreciation to each of you whether you were here when we were shut down or came afterwards. It has been a stressful time, but from where I am sitting, I think we (us and your clients) have done a really good job.
