Greetings Everyone,

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July with family and friends.  A few things to go over:

Insurance

If you haven’t provided proof of insurance please get that to me ASAP.  If your policy has lapsed that needs to be taken care also ASAP. A policy can be obtained at insurebodywork.com.

New Rates Begin Next Week

The new rates will begin the week of July 11th.  I will have the amendments ready to sign in the next day or so.

Welcome Back, Tatiaunna

Please welcome back Tatiaunna in Studio 123.  We're glad she is back.

Saying Goodbye

It’s always bittersweet when you have to say goodbye.  BLu (Studio 106)  and Jade (Studio 115) will be departing us shortly.  We are excited for the new opportunity that awaits each of them.  Thank you to each of them for the time they have been here and the opportunity to work with them.

Two Studios Available

With the departure of BLu and Jade their studios will be available.  Studio 106 is a larger studio and Studio 115 has double windows.  I prefer to keep Studio 115 for nails or skin care.  If you are interested in one of those studios please let me know by 8:00 PM Sunday, July 10th.  As usual we will go by seniority since there is a not lease that needs to be filled. I will also be using rent history to make the final decision of who gets the studio.  I have not publicly announced these studios yet to give those here already an opportunity.

Upcoming Board of Cosmetology Inspection

July is the new fiscal year  for the State, and we have not had an inspection in probably close to  two years.  So we are due for one and it could happen any day.  Please  take a moment to review your licenses to make sure they are current and a  copy of the license is in the studio.  As part of updating my records, I  will also be checking them and will let any professional know if I find  any that have lapsed.  Also check to make sure you have the  disinfecting spray for tools, a container for used towels, Barbacide,  etc…
