Today, the A/C unit for the west side of the building was not functioning properly. This unit affects studios 101, 102, 103, 104, 105 and possibily 119). Jay was unable to fix it and called a service company. The technician reported that the unit had lost refrigerant.
Based on the age of the unit, we have decided to replace the unit. The unit will be replaced on June 11th, 2021 at 8:00 AM.
