Shantae, born and raised in Miami, Florida developed a strong passion for the beauty industry and decided to follow her dreams of becoming a Master Stylist. Shantae moved to Jacksonville in 2006 and started to build a solid foundation by attending Florida State College at Jacksonville where she graduated at the top of her class with honors. Since graduating with the cosmetology licese, Shantae has been apart of numerous local hair competitions, fashion shows, hair magazines and plenty of beauty related volunteer work.
