Bio
Shakira a Jacksonville, Florida native started her cosmetology career in August 2003. As a top notch talent, Shakira graduated top of her class from Florida Community College of Jacksonville-North Campus. In 2005 Shakira became an AROSCI Educator which helped to sky-rocketed her career and gave her an unshakable foundation of skills and confidence.
Shakira has built a loyal clientele through creative styling and entrepreneurial spirit. Shakira's hard work has brought her national recognition as her work has been featured in cosmetology magazines including Salon Digest Hair Magazine, Sophicate's Black Hair Styles & Care Guide and FL-GA Star.
